The Model SB Concentrator. This concentrator is state of the art in batch centrifugal concentration for gold and precious metals. Its low water consumption makes it ideal for placer or hard rock circuits. RMS Ross Corporation is the sole licensed manufacturer of this concentrator and is also an authorized dealer.
The Falcon Concentrator. This concentrator is the only continuous discharge centrifugal concentrator in the world. It gives excellent recovery in coal, gold, tin, fine iron particles.
The Derocker was developed to overcome the problem of processing coarse, rocky materials in Placer mines. It will handle boulders up to four feet in diameter, with the capacity increasing as the percentage of large rocks and boulders increases. The built-in feeder provides efficient use of loader time and ensures a constant machine output of 2" minus to a recovery unit (also available). Water requirements for the Derocker are minimal.
The Clay Hog is a blind trommel that incorporates the features of a trommel with the features of an autogenous ball mill. The clay hog has a blind end which contains the material in the grinding chamber until it is able to pass through sized holes in a vertical plate built into the lower end, assuring liberation of the gold from the clay.
The RMS-Ross Box is a high volume placer system designed to separate free particles of precious metals from aggregate materials. There are no breakdowns because the sluice box has no moving parts. There are over 100 units in operation around the world providing reliable service and excellent recovery down to 200 mesh.
Circular Jig Plants offer high capacity coupled with the high efficiency of circular action to provide the highest recovery available in jig systems. A large range of capacities is available.
The YT12 Pulsator Jig is a hydraulically activated removable screen bed jig which requires no mechanical power to operate. The YT12 is capable of processing 1-1/2 yards of material per square feet of jig area.
RMS Ross Trommel Plants have capacities of up to 500 cubic yards per hour with fully adjustable speeds and slopes, which make RMS trommel the world standard.
